With his expertise of over 40 years in the international market/trade, business development, product launch, strategic partnership, merger and acquisitions, Mr. Nalin Bamzai has carved out a niche in all these fields. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from India’s top engineering institute, IIT Bombay.

He was Head International Business and Country Director-India with Continental Carbon Company (CCC), Houston, USA. He assisted CCC and associate companies in international business development, strategic planning and financial structuring while supporting company’s interest in India. He also led in a global effort to restructure the groups pharmaceutical business. He was involved is closing deals for acquisition and technology sales in Asia and Africa.

He was board member for number of US, Indian and other international companies. He was instrumental in establishing corporate governance structure and effective risk management framework in these companies. He worked closely with top management and other board members in development of strategic plans and annual business plans and monitored progress to ensure that objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

Prior to his stint with CCC, Mr. Bamzai worked with APTECH, Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, USA. During his tenure, he participated in privatization programs in Africa and Asia.

Mr. Bamzai worked as Director Marketing, Member of Board at Karamco Trading Co., Cairo, Egypt, where with his extensive knowledge and experience, he was able to expand the company’s profile from domestic to global trade and industries. He was involved in setting up projects such as cement plants, steel complex, power station, hotels and textile units by bringing together prospective investors, financers and technology partners. Concurrently, Mr. Bamzai worked as a Director Marketing, Member of Board at Morgan International, Alexandria, Egypt.

Mr. Bamzai also worked as an Assistant Director with London based group, making the company the largest private sugar supplier to African nations. Before moving to oversees assignments, Mr. Bamzai started his carrier as a Sales Engineer with Greaves International, Bombay, India. He was responsible for the purchase of light engineering goods from India for exports.

Mr. Bamzai is well travelled person, who loves to interact with people while encouraging his young colleagues to think positively, professionally and out-of-the-box solutions. He is always interested in knowing about emerging technologies and their use. He has mentored and motivated large, multi-cultural and diverse teams in working closely and achieving defined goals. He is associated with number of international business forums in various roles.

Mr. Rakesh Jha is the co-founder and Director on the board of Proind Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

With around 14+ years of experience working with many well-known companies across the globe, he has gained expertise in the field of Marketing, Sales, Sales Strategy and ERP Implementation & Support.

He began his career in the SAP domain at a leading Steel manufacturing company in India. He has gained SAP experience in the manufacturing industry; and was responsible for technical support. He also led training of the end users and internal customers, led the Six Sigma Team and guided as the head of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) team of his function.

Mr. Jha also had worked in the Marketing Research and Sales in USA and before returning to India. His areas of expertise included Brand Management, Marketing Communication and Supply Chain.

In India, he started working with a start-up founded by one of the leading business houses of Taiwan, where he was responsible for sales of IT products and services. He was also involved in market research for helping out product development team.

Later gaining experience in various field, he co-founded Proind along with the other co-founder and lead sales and marketing function. He was responsible for marketing and sales strategy of Proind and helped Proind to become a leading solution provider in the compliance and legal process automation space from 2011 to 2019. He also has a great contribution in identifying the different products and application developed, as well as working on marketing them.

Mr. Jha did his MBA from prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA and Computer Engineering from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India. He is a passionate traveller and love reading and painting.

One of the distinguished management consultants, Anand Lakhotia comes with a vast experience of over 27 years in the field of Audit, Taxation & Corporate Finance. An alumnus of India’s most prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, Mr. Lakhotia completed his CA at first attempt in 1992. He joined S R Batliboi & Co., a member of Ernst & Young, as an article.

He did numerous Statutory, Tax and Internal Audit assignments during his long span of career. His specialized skills offer sound financial solutions and advices to its patrons.

Graduate from India’s premier institute IIT Delhi, Mr. Ramesh C. Grover is the Founder Director of QGS with the expertise of Environment, Safety & Health and Energy Management Systems. He has worked with Bureau of Indian Standards, the National Standard Body of India, on formulation of Standards, Product Certification and Quality Systems for 16 years.

He also had a great contribution in the formation of the Certification Scheme and the Rajiv Gandhi Award Scheme of BIS. He has over 40 years of experience in various management systems. He has assisted in more than 1000 companies in India and abroad in their continual improvement of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Energy Management Systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001.

Mr. Grover has also earned applauds for being among the first 5 Registered Lead Auditors in India on ISO 9001/ ISO14001/ OHSAS18001 / ISO 45001 from IRCA, UK and has conducted more than 150 Lead Auditor Courses in India and overseas. He has conducted Safety Audits for rail metro projects all over India. He has also conducted more than 700 Lead Auditor courses on ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.

He has also published books on Expert Advice for Implementation and Internal/ External Auditing on “Winning Environmental Challenge through ISO 14001:2015” and “Providing Safe & Healthy Workplace with ISO 45001:2018”

With the experience of almost 4 decades, Mr. Sudhakar Evani has niche to overcome all the challenges while working with different industry verticals. Mr. Evani is Science and Law Graduate. He is qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He is Associate member of Insurance Institute of India (AIII) and certified Information System Auditor (DISA).

Mr. Sudhakar Evani worked as an Executive Director for a group comprising Business verticals of Infrastructure, EPC, Resources, Power and Reality with assets of around Rs 30,000 Cr. He worked on building up the framework of monitoring and governance of overall controls, policies and SOP’s considering all the subsidiaries objective and business dynamics.

He handled complex strategic and operational issues like cutting down organizational inefficiencies; timely identification of deficiencies, minimization of wastages; effective and optimum utilization of resources; adopting robust internal and external compliance practices; establishing effective progress monitoring systems; fixing KPI’s and KRA’s for Individuals and departments; and revisiting the performance appraisal system.

Mr. Sudhakar Evani has vast experience in the field of Finance & Accounts, Audit & Assurance, Secretarial Matters, Insurance and Risk Mitigation, Loan Syndication, Compliance Management System on strategic and advisory level. He has also contributed for improving the overall Governance Framework including Techno-commercial Audits, Implementation of Internal and External Compliance Management System and Risk Management & Mitigation. He has worked with organisations from diverse industry verticals-Insurance, Banking, IT, Textile, Print Media, Cement, Steel, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Power, Renewal Energy and Logistics.

He is presently working as a Director in Srida Corporate Consultancy Private Limited where the key areas of engagement are in Conducting Techno Commercial Audits, Establishing Compliance Management System, Due Diligence and Risk Management, Advisory Services in Management and Capital Restructuring.

He is avid reader and love reading non-fiction and spiritual books. He is passionate teacher and trainer.

Sameera Bazaz is a successful Business strategist and operations specialist who worked in bringing expertise in business strategy, operations design and planning, financial analysis and customer and team training to the goal-oriented organization. She worked with many organizations around the world doing project definition and scope development, project planning and execution, proposal and RFP building, operations benchmarking, strategic sourcing and business plan/ case development.

Contributing to world’s largest database of business case studies of women, Ms. Bazaz served as the strategic advisor to The Hot Mommas Project and worked its way to success. She also teaches entrepreneurship and women’s business leadership at The George Washington University School of Business in Washington DC as a guest lecturer.

She also worked as a Global Vertical Lead and Senior Account Manager with FreeMarkets Inc. (now part of SAP). Here Ms. Bazaz was responsible for managing account of some of the renowned players in the aerospace and defense industries and instrumental in the development of the company’s new business models QuickSourceTM and DirectSourceTM. Prior to FreeMarkets Inc. she contributed in the healthcare industry by working at McKinsey and Co.

Sameera began her career in Corporate Tax Advising and Litigation Support at Price Waterhouse in Sydney, Australia, serving clients in the insurance, consumer products and manufacturing industries.

A B.Econ. (Economics and Accounting) and LLB (JD) from the University of Sydney, Ms. Sameera was awarded with the prestigious Price Waterhouse INSTEP Scholarship and was Vice President of AIESEC’s local chapter. She is a former CPA of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where she graduated with First Year Honors.
