Megha Jadhav is an experienced legal professional with a demonstrated history of working in the legal services industry, both LPO and Corporate Sector for 12+ years. She is currently heading the Legal Service Delivery at Proind. She is responsible at Proind, for pre-sales support to project deliveries including project proposals and estimations, client management (as part of project management), resource mentoring, project planning, scheduling, setting up project processes, creating and floating of legal policies, resource planning and allocation, project training plans and conducting trainings. She has also handled various international projects; especially US based clients and have developed expertise in legal matters, compliance management, and legal research.
Prior to joining Proind, she was working with Mindcrest India (Pvt) Ltd, one of India’s Leading LPO, located at Pune, where she lead various team handling compliance, legal research and Litigation Document Review (LDR) projects. She was also involved in contract review and abstraction projects involving technical and bulky contracts.
She is process oriented in her approach and her time and people management skills add to her credentials. As an active member of the project management group, she helps in developing and improving processes based on client needs. Her sound judgment based on vast array of experience in dealing with pre and post execution of contract work in IT sourcing industry helps in building strong client relationships in a multi-source environment.
She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Shivaji University (Shahaji Law College), Kolhapur and has gained strong roots from years of experience working with corporate legal issues and requirements.
