Ajay is highly professional executive who has demonstrated impressive leaderships in the management of complex activities and diverse organizational environments. His interpersonal skills, communication and proficient in management of diverse range of departments serves as foundation to effectively network and collaborate, negotiate and maintain positive partnership with internal and external partners.

Ajay is post graduate with Electronics and possess management degree with specialization from IIM Kolkata. He carries over 28 years of experience in FMCG, Media, Quality certifications, Consumer durables, interior decorative products and power industry. Right now, he is spearheading a rare & exciting opportunity with an ambitious business that wants to grow.

Vivek Sharma leads New Product Development. He got his Master’s Degree in Information Technology from UPTU Lucknow, 2004. Since then he has worked in the Information Technology product development with various companies in India.

He plans, track and manage the end to end delivery cycle for product releases. He works very closely with Clients and Functional Experts to understand project scope, goals and deliverables for the product portfolio. Vivek proactively works with his team to manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

He is very passionate in his job and very quick to understand the business requirement. He is supported by a team of 15 people who are basically IT professionals with related qualifications in the age group of 22 to 35 Years.
