He has more than 17 years of experience in development of solution for Human Resource Management, Competence Management, Performance Management and Employee Self Service Portal using Microsoft technologies.
He understands the processes, priorities, people and goals that the technology is meant to support, and ensuring that IT Solution is strategically driven by business needs. He is responsible for proving customer support, maintaining and upgrading solution.
Rahul has worked in cross functional teams with members from diverse functional expertise to support complex business scenarios.
He has his Master’s degree in Computer Application from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
