With his expertise of over 40 years in the international market/trade, business development, product launch, strategic partnership, merger and acquisitions, Mr. Nalin Bamzai has carved out a niche in all these fields. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from India’s top engineering institute, IIT Bombay.
He was Head International Business and Country Director-India with Continental Carbon Company (CCC), Houston, USA. He assisted CCC and associate companies in international business development, strategic planning and financial structuring while supporting company’s interest in India. He also led in a global effort to restructure the groups pharmaceutical business. He was involved is closing deals for acquisition and technology sales in Asia and Africa.

Mr. Bamzai worked as Director Marketing, Member of Board at Karamco Trading Co., Cairo, Egypt, where with his extensive knowledge and experience, he was able to expand the company’s profile from domestic to global trade and industries. He was involved in setting up projects such as cement plants, steel complex, power station, hotels and textile units by bringing together prospective investors, financers and technology partners. Concurrently, Mr. Bamzai worked as a Director Marketing, Member of Board at Morgan International, Alexandria, Egypt.
Mr. Bamzai also worked as an Assistant Director with London based group, making the company the largest private sugar supplier to African nations. Before moving to oversees assignments, Mr. Bamzai started his carrier as a Sales Engineer with Greaves International, Bombay, India. He was responsible for the purchase of light engineering goods from India for exports.
